GENERAL GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
By way of this Declaration, Autür S.A. guarantees that its products are in perfect condition at the time of purchase by the client.
The duration of this Guarantee is two years from the delivery date of the product.
If, during this period, any manufacturing or material defect be manifested, the client should inform Autür S.A. in order for it to be repaired. Under no circumstances should there be manipulation or substitution on one's own account without prior authorisation from Autür S.A..
This guarantee does not cover those incidents or damages produced in transport, installation or through incorrect usage or manipulation such as that derived by manipulation by unauthorised personnel and parts subjected to wear.
This guarantee will automatically become cancelled should the client not fulfil the payment obligations.
OUR GUARANTEE:
1. INCLUDES:

REPAIR SERVICE OR SUBSTITUTION OF ALL PARTS DEFECTIVE THROUGH MANUFACTURE.
2. DOES NOT INCLUDE:
-
TRAVELLING CHARGES
-
DELIVERY CHARGES.

REPAIR OR SUBSTITUTION OF MANIPULATED PARTS.

ANY OTHER FACTOR NOT NAMED IN POINT 1.
